Step 3: Input your country of residence

Step 4: Input the Start & End Date
If you have chosen short term, you will need to input destination country that you will be diving in

Step 5: Input Member’s information
Have a family member traveling together too? Add more members if you like!

Step 6: Click “GET A QUOTE"

Step 7: Choose between Dive Travel or Dive Travel Plus
we strongly recommend Dive Travel Plus as it covers Liveaboard related matters!

The DiveAssure Mobile App

Be sure to download the DiveAssure mobile app from Google Play or the App Store. This very useful app includes important information about your insurance plan, your emergency contact information, purchase history, customer service information and first aid tips.

How to claim?

Step 1: Download the claim form.

Step 2: Fill it up

Step 3: Submit your claim via email to [email protected].

Contact the customer service team at [email protected]:

  • If you need assistance with obtaining a claim form
  • For assistance filling out your claim form
  • To inquire about your claim status

Making your claims process easier:

  • Are you in need of a decompression chamber treatment, hospitalization or evacuation? Call the 24/7 assistance hotline (+44 (0) 20 3137 3673). Make sure to get copies of medical documents after receiving treatment locally.
  • If an airline loses your gear, notify the airline of the loss immediately, fill in a report and keep a copy/photo.
  • Report the theft to the local police within 24 hours and make sure to obtain a written report.
  • Before filing a claim check whether your airline, hotel or dive operator will reimburse you partially, in full or not at all. (If no reimbursement is given, have them provide a letter stating this).
  • Always add your travel proofs when filing a claim for losses outside of your home country.
