My trip departure is less than 6 weeks away but I need to cancel my trip due to (insert reason). Can i get a refund or postpone my trip?

Unfortunately we are not able to issue a refund or credit or postpone as this is considered as a last minute cancellation. We can however, advise you to find a replacement to take over your slot instead. We need the details of the new passenger a week before the trip departure date.
