Requirements
Valid Company Registration Document (at home country) - document #1
- Company name must be the same as invoice
Valid Travel Agent Licence - document #2
Must upkeep bookings requirements
- Make at least 1 booking per year to maintain agent status
Step by Step
Step 1: Sign up as a member
Step 2: Email to us ([email protected]) with the subject title “become an agent”. Remember to attached your 2 documents in the email.
Step 3: Wait for our confirmation email within 7 days or faster
How to make a booking?
There are 2 ways to make a booking once you are a DiveRACE Agent.
Option 1
Sign into your account and make the booking.
During the check out process, input your “agent code” and the invoice will be updated automatically.
Please note that the booking terms and conditions are the same.
Agent will receive a unique booking voucher to sent to their guests.
Option 2
Ask your guests to make the booking with their own account
During the check out process, they have to input your “agent code”. They will be charge the full amount as per normal.
Once payment is received, your agent account will reflect the commission amount from that particular guest
Please request for a payout at any time via your agent account.
