MV DiveRACE Class X

We were on the liveaboard from Nov 25th to 29th and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The boat itself is pristine. The room was just right. My boyfriend is 6’4 so it was a concern to us space wise, but it was perfect. The area for diving was perfect as well. Enough space to move around and not be on top of everyone else. The staff was great. From the cook, who made restaurant quality meals everyday, to the crew who helped us getting ready to dive, it was an awsome experience. They were helpfull, friendly and efficient. They made us feel right at home. Diving wise, our dive master Vanesa was the best ! She was easy to follow, not on top of us all the time (I hate feeling like we are kids that need to be taken by the hands) but, she was never too far also. We always felt secur even when we had some really strong currant. Finally, the divesites were beautiful. It is really a must see for any divers. I’d book another trip with them anytime. We had a great trip to the Similian Islands with DiveRACE. The cabin rooms were spacious, the food was excellent with diversity and also accommodating vegan/vegetarian options, the staff were super friendly and the diving was spectacular. The dive groups were small and the guides very experienced and safe. Our guide kept our group together despite some very strong currents (washing machine). Everything was organized and professional.

We had such a good time. The diving was incredible but the staff made the experience so special - from the guys who managed the gear, the women who cooked our food, and the knowable guides. Friendly, helpful and professional. The boat is comfortable, views glorious, but the food…. It was like being in a great restaurant every meal! So good!

Amazing Safari Experience in the Similan Islands! I just returned from an incredible safari in the Similan Islands, which took place from October 31st to November 4th, 2024. The experience was nothing short of excellent. The crew was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our trip memorable, paying attention to even the smallest details like meal decorations and providing support for diving in and out of the water. The group of people on this safari was awesome, as if handpicked to form a perfect integration. The dives were guided in small groups, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone. The dives themselves were fantastic, showcasing the stunning underwater scenery that the Similan Islands are known for. The boat was one of the best I've been on, and I've experienced several liveaboards. Everything from the accommodations to the overall service exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this safari for anyone looking to explore the Similan Islands!

Tarn and Trai, the Housekeepers and Food Servers, worked tirelessly to ensure our cabins were always immaculate and comfortable and our bellies full—nothing was ever too much trouble for them. I genuinely felt like I was staying in a luxury hotel rather than a boat! Maad, Nai, and Baas, the Boat Boys and Deckhands, were simply incredible. Their dedication to our comfort and safety, from handling equipment to guiding us in and out of the water, was impeccable. And let's not forget Bang Knut, the legendary Captain, who skillfully navigated us through sometimes challenging waters with a steady hand and calm expertise, ensuring we arrived safely at every site. The boat itself is pure luxury—easily the best liveaboard in Thailand, with spacious cabins, top-tier amenities, and a sleek design that makes cruising through the Andaman Sea a dream. The food, though, deserves its own chapter of praise. Kung and Oor, the culinary geniuses onboard, presented meals that outshine some Michelin-starred restaurants! Every meal was a gourmet feast, brimming with flavor, freshness, and creativity. It’s hard to believe I was on a boat and not dining in a high-end restaurant—an absolute culinary triumph! Though the conditions were occasionally challenging (as is typical for liveaboard diving), the professionalism of the crew ensured that everything was handled with ease and precision. Each day was packed with excitement, discovery, and the kind of diving that will stay with me forever. To anyone considering a liveaboard experience in Thailand—DiveRACE sets the gold standard. Great liveaboard experience with excellent food

Excellent boat, excellent, knowledgeable dive masters, super kind and helpful boat crew. Diving was excellent. Boat was comfortable, large rooms, easy to get ready to dive and lots of space, lots of lounge space, great food. Would most definitely come on this boat again.
