What to Expect:
- Please be ready and waiting at your hotel lobby or designated pick-up point at the scheduled time.
- The transfer is unable to wait for more than 10 minutes 🙁
- Pick-up times are estimates and may vary due to traffic and routing. (Phuket's traffic is unpredictable!)
- For private transfers, the vessel would only be ready to receive guests after 1800hrs as the crew need time to prepare the vessel. Thus, please arrange your arrival timing to be after 1800hrs.
- All transfers are managed by a third-party transportation provider appointed by DiveRACE.
Important Notes:
- ⚠️ Guests who miss the scheduled pick-up will need to make their own way to the pier. If you require assistance in arranging a private or alternative transfer, please let us know in advance—we will provide you with available options and pricing.
- ⚠️ For guests arrival in Phuket on the date of the trip departure, we recommend that your flight arrives by 1730hrs so that there is sufficient time for immigration and baggage clearance.
- ⚠️ Complimentary transfers may involve extended travel time as the vehicle may pick up other guests en route. (expected time of arrival at Thap Lamu Pier is 2000hrs)
- ⚠️ If you prefer a private, direct transfer (additional charge applies), kindly contact us and we will be happy to assist with arrangements.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to help us deliver a seamless start to your DiveRACE experience.
