Role Overview

Own our digital voice and growth. You’ll plan, produce, and publish content that converts—showcasing our liveaboard adventures, coral restoration work, and guest experiences—while running performance campaigns, partnerships, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Production
    • Build a monthly content calendar (FB/IG/TikTok/YouTube/LINE) with 3–5 posts/week.
    • Capture and edit photo/video (short-form verticals, reels, stories); write compelling captions and CTAs.
    • Coordinate onboard content shoots (join selected trips for 2–5 days to film/photograph).
  • Community & Brand
    • Reply to DMs/comments within SLA; manage UGC, creator collabs, and guest media permissions.
    • Maintain brand tone and visual standards; support crisis comms with approved responses.
  • Performance Marketing
    • Plan and run paid campaigns (Meta/TikTok/Google), track KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS), and optimize creatives/audiences.
    • Set up pixels/conversions; coordinate landing pages with basic CRO best practices.
  • Website & SEO
    • Keep trip pages, blog posts, and FAQs updated (Similan/Surin seasons, park fees, gear lists).
    • Execute basic on-page SEO (titles, meta, internal links); track rankings and traffic.
  • Email & CRM
    • Build and send newsletters/drip campaigns (trip promos, last-minute berths, volunteer updates).
    • Segment lists; A/B test subject lines and content; report opens/clicks/bookings.
  • Partnerships & PR
    • Manage affiliates/agents, dive shops, resorts; arrange contra stays/features; pitch stories to media.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Deliver monthly dashboard: traffic, leads, bookings, CAC/ROAS, social growth, content performance.
    • Translate insights into next-month tests (creative, audience, budget shifts).

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years in social media/marketing; travel/hospitality/outdoor/sports a plus.
  • Skills: Strong copy + short-form video editing; basic design (Canva/Adobe/CapCut); data-driven mindset.
  • Tools: Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, Mailchimp/HubSpot (or similar), basic WordPress/CMS.
  • Languages: English required; Thai is a strong plus (for vendors, captions, community).
  • Work Style: Organized, responsive, hands-on; comfortable working at sea during content trips.
  • Nice to Have: Diving background, marine conservation interest, basic photography workflow (Lightroom), simple HTML.

Schedule & Travel

  • Office/remote hybrid with periodic onboard sailings (multi-day).
  • Evening/weekend coverage during launches or live trip updates as needed (time-off adjusted).
