Vessel: MV DiveRACE Class X (Thailand)
Location: Onboard & shore-side turnaround days (Phuket/Andaman)

Role Overview
You’ll own the guest-facing service flow and the “hotel ops” heartbeat of MV DiveRACE Class X—coordinating meals, cabins, payments, and vendors while partnering closely with boat and dive teams to keep operations smooth, safe, and on time. This is a non-diving role.
Key Responsibilities
- Meals & Dietary Needs
- Coordinate mealtimes, seating, and guest flow; communicate dietary requirements to galley; check allergen controls and plating accuracy.
- Cabin Readiness & Housekeeping
- Work with the housekeeping team to prepare and turn cabins; monitor cleanliness standards, linens, amenities, and mid-trip refreshes.
- Payments & Onboard Sales
- Manage POS/record sheets for onboard sales (beverages, merch, rentals, surcharges); collect payments (cash/card/QR), reconcile end-of-trip accounts, and issue receipts.
- Contractor & Vendor Liaison
- Coordinate visiting contractors (e.g., mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, laundry); arrange access windows; track job sheets and basic inventory for consumables.
- Crew Coordination
- Interface with boat and dive crews on schedules (briefing times, mealtimes, deck readiness, tender ops) to keep the overall timeline tight and guest experience seamless.
- Guest Feedback & Issue Handling
- Receive, log, and resolve guest feedback directly; escalate service recovery cases to the Cruise Director/Operations; follow through to closure.
- Operational Admin
- Keep checklists, incident/maintenance notes, and simple stock counts; help with turnaround-day logistics and manifests as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience: Hotel/restaurant or cruise/liveaboard service experience is a plus (front-of-house, housekeeping coordination, or F&B service).
- Service Skills: Positive, team-first attitude; calm under pressure; clear communication; high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Language: Able to speak and understand Thai (required). English proficiency is an advantage.
- Work Eligibility: Eligible to work in Thailand; able to provide necessary documentation.
- General: Organized, numerate (for payment reconciliation), comfortable with basic POS or spreadsheet logging, and willing to work at sea on multi-day trips. Should not get sea sick easily.
What We Offer
- Compensation: Base salary 12,000 THB/month
- Trip Days: +1,000 THB per working day onboard
- Time Off: Off Day each Sunday (accumulated) to be taken per roster/operations plan

Schedule & Working Conditions
- Trip-based rosters aligned to MV DiveRACE Class X sailing calendar; shore-side turnaround days required.
- Fast-paced hospitality environment at sea; extended hours during embarkation/disembarkation.
- Physically active role (stairs/ladders, lifting up to ~15 kg, movement on deck in marine conditions).

- On-time service windows (meals/turnarounds) and cabin readiness scores
- Payment accuracy and zero-variance reconciliations
- Guest satisfaction / feedback resolution speed
- Cleanliness and housekeeping audit results
- Vendor/contractor task completion and documentation quality
