Step-by-Step Booking Process

Book your dive trip with ease! Follow these simple steps to confirm your place aboard MV DiveRACE Class X.

Step 1: Select Your Trip

  • Visit our booking page to view the live schedule.
  • Choose your preferred itinerary (e.g. Similan, Richelieu Rock, South to North Andaman).
  • Check the trip dates, availability, and dive requirements (e.g. minimum certification).

Step 2: Make a booking online

  • Submit your details (Name + Email) via:
    • Online booking form
    • Once submitted, we will hold your tentative booking for up to 72 hours (unless otherwise specified).

Step 3: Secure Your Booking with a Deposit

  • To confirm your booking, pay a deposit of:
    • 30% of the total trip cost
  • Payment methods accepted:
    • Bank transfer (THB or SGD)
    • Wise or Revolut (international transfer)
    • Credit card (processing fees may apply)
  • Booking is confirmed only after deposit is received.

Step 4: Complete Booking Form (21 days before your trip departure)

  • Fill in the online Guest Information Form (one per diver) with:
    • Full name as per passport
    • Dive certification level and agency
    • Number of logged dives
    • Insurance details
    • Emergency contact
    • Pick up and drop off location
    • Dietary requirements
  • Upload copies of:
    • Passport
    • Dive certification card
    • Dive and Travel insurance proof

Step 5: Final Payment

  • Pay the balance amount at least 42 days (6 weeks) before trip departure.
  • A reminder will be sent via email before the final due date.
  • For bookings that are within 6 weeks of departure, full payment will be required at the time of booking.

Step 6: Pre-Trip Briefing & Logistics

  • Receive a pre-departure email with:
    • Embarkation details (location, timing, pickup info)
    • Packing checklist
    • Marine park fee reminders
    • Onboard nitrox and rental equipment options (if needed)
  • Coordinate any hotel/airport transfers with our team.

Step 7: Embark and Enjoy Your Trip!

  • Meet at the designated pickup point or embarkation pier (usually Thap Lamu or Visit Panwa).
  • Join the team onboard for:
    • Boat orientation
    • Equipment setup
    • Safety briefing

Notes

  • Trip rescheduling is permitted more than 42 days before departure (subject to availability).
  • Cancellations and refunds follow our Booking Terms & Conditions.
  • Nitrox, marine park fees, and equipment rental are payable onboard.
